Cierra Hendrix
Cierra Hendrix is a Producing Fellow at the American Film Institute Conservatory, where she has produced multiple narrative shorts from development through post-production, including Paradise.
A graduate of Norfolk State University’s Broadcasting Program, Cierra began her career in news, media, and digital storytelling, where she worked as a writer, interviewer, and podcaster, creating branded and social content for university platforms.
Her background in broadcasting, marketing, and visual media informs her sharp eye for story, audience, and presentation. Cierra has produced, written, directed, and edited a range of short films across drama, horror, and comedy, and is currently interning in the film department at MACRO. She is passionate about producing bold, character-driven stories that amplify underrepresented voices and leave a lasting emotional impact.
